Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete a Dice Football Club account without contacting support. The anonymous preseason game has no server account to delete; local game saves can be removed by clearing site data or deleting the app.

1. Open Dice Football Club and sign in to the account you want removed.
2. Open the menu, choose Settings, then choose Account.
3. Select Delete account, type DELETE when asked, and confirm.

This is permanent. Deletion removes the authentication identity, club profile, and active entitlement records tied to the account. It cannot be undone by support.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@dicefootball.club from the account email and write “Dice Football Club account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for limited verification so someone else cannot delete your account.

What may remain

Payment or consent records that law requires us to retain may remain for the required period in a form no longer connected to an active account. Mail delivery and security logs expire under provider retention schedules. See sections 9–11 of the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Deleting an account does not itself request a refund and may end access to purchases associated only with that identity. Contact support before deletion if you need a billing question resolved.
