Need help getting back onto the field? Email the Dice Football Club team. Include the device and browser you used, what you expected, and what appeared on screen. Please do not send a password, verification code, or payment-card number.

- Use Forgot password on the account sheet for a reset link.
- For verification or magic links, check spam and search for “Dice Football Club.”
- Open the newest message; older one-time links may already be expired.
Purchases
For web billing, refunds, or restoring Big League access, email the address above from the email used for the purchase. Apple controls App Store billing and refunds for iOS purchases.
Privacy and deletion
You can export or delete account data from Settings → Account. Read the Privacy Policy or follow the public account-deletion instructions.
Gameplay or accessibility
Tell us the down, play card, defense, dice shown, and final result. For a visual or accessibility issue, include the screen orientation, zoom level, and whether reduced motion or a screen reader was enabled.
Free preseason does not require an account. If account services are interrupted, the full anonymous preseason game remains available.
